    Pros

    Casual environment. Friendly coworkers. Always looking for ways for company to progress and grow. You get potential to learn about design software and tools.

    Cons

    There has been some changes in management but for the most part done to strategically improve revenue. Previous there was a little less open communication with upper management but with the changes this has increased.

    Pros

    Decent pay, little immediate supervision, great area. Generous vacation allowance.

    Cons

    Having no immediate supervision was pretty cool, but at the same time, there was rarely anyone available when you needed assistance within the company. There is no advancement.
