    - Poor communication from senior management
    - If you're not in the "circle" of friends you wont go far.

    Pros

Loosely defined org chart gives latitude to decide what you want to do.

    Cons

Owner has no clue what his company actually does, flies around the world chasing grandiose ideas that come to nothing.

    Advice to Management

Learn to walk before you try to run, and run before you try to fly to the moon. Market what you actually do instead of some "transformational" view of what you would like to think you do.
