    Pros

Great tips because of the very high volume of guests on a daily basis, flexible schedule with waiters who are willing to trade shifts, reliable money

    Cons

Many tourists as it is near Times Square, but overall it is a good place to wait tables in New York City

I have been working at 5 Napkin Burger full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good food. The other servers they've hired are all fun people for the most part. Pretty on par with every other restaurant I've ever worked at.

    Cons

Hellish Guests. Also, they are moving more and more into the "corporate" structure. Which is annoying considering that we are all guinea pigs.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as well as you treat your guests.
