Pros

I've been working in 77 Diamonds for over 3 years now. It's been a great experience so far. The company provides internal growth opportunities, and proper training to the team. Benefits are good. The work is challenging and there are always interesting projects to work at. We still have a lot of legacy projects to maintain that we've been migrating to newer systems with newer tech stack. This is simultaneously a... pro and a con, depends on perspective. There's free coffee and fresh fruit for the team, and we have a really nice play room with table tennis and table football. Good work-life balance.

Nice colleaques, good athmosphere in the office, perfekt work/life balance, varied field of work, many opportinities

Cons

Got a lot responsibility quickly so it was a bit scary, there could have been more coffe flavours and chocolate

Advice to Management

Buy more coffe and chocolate,

It was great for me to work for 77 Diamonds. The office offers a great down to earth work environment and the bosses are good at trusting you with new responsibilities. Colleagues are super nice and helpful, so I would highly recommend anyone to work there.

I had almost no bad experience during my time in the company.

My experience with 77Diamonds has been nothing else but positive. At the start I have been provided with a first class in-house training as well as offered additional external training after 6 months, in order to progress. People working at the company are very professional and friendly- made some friends for life. I found management very supportive and helpful. Because it is a small company you really get the... taste of how the business operates and feel part of it.

Fast paced environment so I can see that it might not be for everyone. I loved it!

The only good thing about working at 77 Diamonds were the colleagues. A great group of people.

Cons

Management is extremely poor and lacks direction, refusal to acknowledge anything that could improve the business. Have a know it all attitude. The hours were long and the pay was a pittance. Overtime was not paid. A Director used slurs to demean colleagues to their face. Hard work is not well recognised and there is a discrepancy and favouritism between the different teams within the company. Would not recommend... working for this company.

Advice to Management

Treating the staff with more respect would go a long way.

Pros

I had a great experience working at 77Diamonds. I worked as frontend developer for more than 2 years. The ambient was great and I felt like the bosses did really care about our well being. Free coffee is a plus! :D

Cons

Unfortunatelly the tech stack isn't much up to date, but I was told they would be doing some migrations to better frameworks and updated tech stack pretty soon.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, and keep your employees happy at all times. Remember, happy employees = better dedication and loyalty. Thank you for the great experience!
