I worked at 7up American Bottling Company full-time for more than 2 years

        Pros

Weekly Pay; Benefits from day one

        Cons

Use of personal vehicle with low flat mileage rate that covers only gas and not wear and tear; Management is very focused on their checks rather than ours; too much micromanaging; Chinese overtime and wages not competitive to competiton's.

        Advice to Management

Get rid of those managers who are related; Focus on helping the employee be better equiped to complete tasks; acknowledge that employees have families and circumstances that warrant them taking care of those responsibilities (work /Life balance).

I have been working at 7up American Bottling Company full-time for more than 6 years

        Pros

Great job if you need money and want to loose weight. All the over time you want and dont want.

        Cons

You work for the sales department. Seems like they just look at the numbers they have to make and are substantially less concerned about what the customer needs. Basically an overnight position. Don't plan anything on weekends or holidays.

        Advice to Management

Get rid of the entire sales department! Bernicks has been very successful without a dedicated sales force. Merch managers are really good hardworking people.
