    Pros

Great for part time young college students, who wants to do after school hours. Get paid 18+ to do nothing but review HW.

    Cons

Horrible place to work, CEO of the company Ron Tompkins is a money hungry greddy SOB. He made me cut budgets and cut staff hours so he can funnel his 106K salary and his uneducated, no college degree 90K salary. And the most horrible thing is he is white gay man who uses his gay status to connect with low income immigrants but behind the close doors he prefer white rich families’ children to attend his childcare

VERY LOW PAY, POOR STAFF/MANAGEMENT RELATIONS, RIGID PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Jan 21, 2015 - Teacher in Jackson Heights, NY

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Most of the staff members are polite and professional.

    Cons

The information delivered during training conferences and mandatory meeting are contrary to the program structure and curriculum. As a result, valuable time can be wasted attending these meetings. The pay is very low. The work required isn't worth the pay scale. The management is rigid, and stringent. Archaic employee/management relations and policies. High turnover rate. The program is consistently understaffed. As a result, there aren't enough employees to adequately run the classrooms.

    Pros

Staff are there for students and pleasant to work with. There is room for advancement.

    Cons

Things move fast. The pace of the programs is always active so there is no down time or less energetic time.
