I worked at 8x8 full-time for less than a year

    Pros

8x8 is competing in a very specific market without much competition. Their product offering is solid and growing in value quickly. Work culture is ideal--not lazy, but not a sweat shop. There's a strong sense of engagement, but also a camaraderie. Perks: cool new office coming soon, great benefits, highly engaging onboarding process (you'll really feel like part of the team, not just get thrown into the deep end and forgotten)

    Cons

If I have to come up with some, I'll guess I'll nit-pick, but these weren't dealbreakers for me: - Old office location isn't the greatest for connecting to transit (but they'll be in a new one by 2020) - Old office is a bit full and you might not get to sit with your team (again, that'll probably change soon) - Onboarding process is a bit intimidating (but very much worth it, hang in there!) - Friends and family won't have heard of it (although maybe they soon will) (and who cares about that really)
