    Pros

-sr/lead engineers are very helpful -pay and compensation are fair

    Cons

-people are treated like machines -neverending workload and unrealistic metrics -new people are often talked down to instead of instructed -workload is unequally distributed -not enough tools to do the job -you're expected to do everything while in queue -extreme micromanagement -no centralized goal/expectations between teams

    Politics over talent. Stay away!!!

    Pros

Free food every Wednesday, street fighter arcade, hmm that's about it. The co-workers are helpful seeing as how they have been doing the same job for 6 years.

    Cons

Management has no clue about anything. Agents are completely politically promoted. The tech is trash! Support tries but it's too much to troubleshoot. Executive team is clearly going to sale, which is probably best. Pay is rubbish. Did I mention the technology is trash?

Good for IT newcomers Bad for growth

    Pros

8x8 taught its employees everything about network connectivity the needed to know to get the job done. They helped you in understanding and learning the role you were hired for.

    Cons

They don't pay well. It was also very political within lower management. It was popularity driven promotions and never really performance based. If you were part of the "in-crowd", you pretty much got to the next position up. The lower management is immature and had a high school feel to their mentality.

One of the most balanced corporate workplaces in Cluj. Helpful colleagues, adaptive benefits. The field of telecom offers surprises everyday, so you don't get bored. You get all kinds of bonuses based on your performance and company's.

    Cons

Some departments are still short staffed, but they're still hiring.
