I started less than a month ago, and it’s been a great experience so far. The team has done a great job making me feel welcome, especially given the current work-from-home circumstances. There is strong leadership in the company, a clear direction, and a truly revolutionary product. I’m happy to be here!

Not necessarily a con, but might be for some people - the company is growing really fast. Be prepared to adapt to change.

Central Location . Benefits . Growing company. Fast paced. People from teams other then Finance seem happier and content
Cons
Lack of flexibility in the Accounting and Finance Team. Long hours. Bullying and intimidation by managers was rampant without any ramifications.

1. The market is fantastic for UCaaS and CCaaS and 8x8 offers a unique suite of services that are very attractive to organizations. 2. Company culture is fantastic. From executive level on down it really feels like we all have a common goal. 3. Competitive pay with great upside

The company is growing very quickly so if you are used to cookie cutter practices and process's then you will be in for some change. This company is more about what can you bring to your position vs what can the company lay out for you to follow.
