    Very hard to name some...

    Cons

Poor Management, Favortism, Shady business ordeals, Unprofessional atmosphere...

    Advice to Management

They need to get organized. Pay your vendors and stop wasting money on ridiculous patch up work. Do not be fooled by the fancy brick walls in apartments and beautiful wall decor in hallways and apartments. If tenants live on a top floor, get ready to hear a beevy amount of tenant complaints with a cheap tactic to get repairs done only to go through it again. This company is the worst from the inside out. Employees can be heard yelling & screaming at each other. No one leads by example, everything is cut throat. Senior Management sells lies in and out. Never giving you assurability of your role or future. They will pay someone excess money to come on board and sell them dreams that this is the place to be. Only for you to make a mistake and realize you should have stayed away and not accepted such propositions. Everyone in the office is always angry and miserable or complains heavily that vendor bills are never paid and man power is limited to get tasks done. Very hard to do your work and get things done. Do not recommend; steer clear if you dont want a tainted career. The owner treats employees like utter crap; Speaking to his staff rudely and condensing.

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at 9300 Realty full-time

    Pros

    Cant think of anything positive

    Cons

unprofessional, cold, uncaring. the owner is cruel and will twist his employees until they break. tenior managers dont care about the staff, their health or their quality of life. human resources is non-existent. there is no impartial person anywhere in this office that you can take complaints to. favoritism is everywhere.

    Advice to Management

stop playing favorites, anyones ability to do their work should not have to do with how much the boss likes them. maybe start caring about the employees and how this office affects their life and health.

I worked at 9300 Realty as a contractor

    Pros

Huge loft office in Soho. Great location. Good xmas party and occasional employee happy-hours.

    Cons

Favoritism! In-house agents are paid two weeks after tenants move in. If lease for Oct 1st, it doesn't matter if lease signed and fees collected in August.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at 9300 Realty full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Casual for the most part, easy job to get

    Cons

Owner is unpredictable and has no problem yelling at employees, people are catty and gossipy, making it more like a middle or high school than a professional office.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites, make job responsibilities and expectations clear and stable. It would also help to have more respect for the employees and their lives outside of work.
