I have been working at 9mmedia full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

9mmedia allows you to do your work at your own pace as long as its done in a professional manner. CEO's are amazing! Co-workers are amazing and the lifestyle at 9M is unique.

    Cons

Pay comes once a month with irregular dates. Not the greatest healthcare, No 401k.

    Advice to Management

Fix the cons and this will be the most amazing tech company to work for.

    I worked at 9mmedia full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are pretty good about allowing you to work remotely when necessary. They're also very good about allowing you to take more vacation than you actually have when you need it as long as you get your work done.

    Cons

They won't compete for engineers and so they end up with the bottom of the barrel in terms of both talent and clients more often than not. While there are some gems there and some amazing people, you'll typically end up saying good-bye to them before a year's out. They'll also promise you the moon in terms of trying to retain you, but never deliver. If you're not looking for anything in your career and just want to coast while focusing on some other part of your life, it's not a bad place to work. If you expect to learn and grow, challenge your workmates, or make anything of yourself, you should probably look elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Keep your promises and work harder on finding and retaining talent.
