I have been working at Aéropostale as a contractor

    Pros

Aero's business is clearly in flux, due in large part to the same market forces that are confounding so many of their peers, but the team that remains after a very tumultuous year is talented, dedicated, and a joy to work with.

    Cons

Aero has a new corporate parent, and a new direction. If you've been in the business long enough to have experienced this more than once, you know that this inevitably leads to a period of confusion about customer, product, process, etc. Which inevitably means more work for those in the trenches.

    - Schedules are managed through an application called "DayForce". From there, we're able to see our weekly schedules, give up shifts we don't want, and vice-versa.
