    Pros

    You're part of a family
    - Schedules are managed through an application called "DayForce". From there, we're able to see our weekly schedules, give up shifts we don't want, and vice-versa.

    Cons

If you're part of the closing team, 7pm-12am shift, we would not be allowed to leave until the WHOLE store is fixed regardless if you fixed your own section

    Pros

I love how my co-workers and I got along. And they had good deals. I loved the Bethany Mota section as well. She's such a fashionista.

    Cons

If someone were to steal we wouldn't know because they don't have Alarms. Such a bummer because we'd have to lose a few dollars from the store

    Advice to Management

In every Aeropostale store they should have alarming systems. Just incase. Not everyone will theft but sometimes it's just good to be on the safe side.
