    Pros

My job as a driver is so much easier because the cars are always clean, gased up and very well maintained. Dispatch does a great job of giving drivers timely and accurate information. Compensation is great.

    Cons

The nature of the business is such that one cannot depend on the amount of that would be available each day.

    Advice to Management

Better communication about driver job performance from management would help even more in the goal of providing the best passenger ride experience possible.
