    Cons

Pay much lower than market rate with no incentive of growth. Very unprofessional environment with no set guidelines or job description.

I worked at A-1 Technology (New York) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Management was friendly enough and they gave you space to do the projects that were given. If you want to do real coding, this may not be for you; projects are all done in India (for the most part) and you are the projects' coordinator.
This is perfect for someone that wants the management position of overseeing a workforce and managing multiple projects at once.

    Cons

95% of the work done was outsourced to India so some projects required you to be on Skype until 2am in the morning.

    Advice to Management

Some of your employees would like a chance to do real coding on projects and not just be project coordinators, passing on required changes to outsourcing partners in India.
