I worked at A. Berger Precision full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None - it was kinda survival job, I guessed it would be better than pizza delivery, my bad! Little did I know!

    Cons

Family owned business, with son being CEO, his wife top management as well. Poor pay, hectic environment, no communication, lies and deceits everywhere. Stay away, don't you think it's good because it's German! Nein!

    Advice to Management

Just leave the country, Alex! Canada is too good for you!

    Pros

Small firm with people who have a lot of knowledge about the industry. The company is undergoing a phase of change where there are lots of opportunities to take on responsibilities. The company definitely has an edge against other competitors in the industry.

    Cons

The work environment can be quite intensive with lot of politics. The inherited frustration of the auto industry can impact the morale.
