    Pros

    Wide range of clients, if you want to professionally develop your career AFF is the best in Khi.

    Cons

    Some of the cons are extreme late sittings for male, female can leave slightly earlier.

    Pros

    It is one of the big 4 firms, employer well recognize the experience .Extensive Application of international Accounting standard (IAS,s), International standard on Auditing (ISA,s) & international Financial Reporting standard (IFRS).

    Cons

    ACCA,S articles was banned since 2012 due to new regulation introduced by institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan, in order uplift their own certification.Due to which i Cannot be able to continue as being ACCA student.

    Advice to Management

    Equal opportunity policy to be introduce in the firm.In order to solve this unethical, Self promote behavior. thanks
