    Negative Outlook

    I worked at A J Bart full-time

    Pros

A paycheck, but not even a very good one.

    Cons

    Filthy working conditions
    Incompetent people
    No oversight whatsoever
    Low pay
    An absentee owner
    Rude coworkers
    Unprofessional atmosphere

    Advice to Management

Clean house. You have a lot of people who aren't very good at their job doing whatever they want to do when no one is looking. You're being robbed blind. I regularly saw people taking naps and very long lunches and bragging about how they could do whatever they wanted. I've been to and worked at a lot of printing plants. This is by far the dirtiest one I've ever been in.
