Working with the ex-cons in the factory and the future ex-cons in management.
Performance Reviews were a joke if you ever got one.
Management was inept to handle changing environment.
Advice to Management
Honestly I would start with training management on actually managing their employees. Recognize high performing employees in both factory and back office environment. Invest time on scalping employees from with in since it's tough to get good people to go to work in the South Bronx.
