    Pros

Fair pay and bonuses, good benefits.

    Cons

Need to boost morale among their employees.

    Advice to Management

This is a company where the management like to talk a lot of talk but rarely follow through on what they say and completely don't do anything to improve situations. One particular member of upper management, would address groups of people by using as many useless quotes, idioms, and catch phrases as possible to make a point, but rarely followed his own advice.
