Cons
Managers too caught up in lean activities rather than focusing on needs of their departments. Took a downturn when in culture when JBT bough them which lead to mass departure former employees would not have left if JBT didn't come in and strongarm a very lucrative business with very smart people but that is the world of capitalism sometimes.

Past ownership and leaders understood the fabrication industry, the new owners have little knowledge of the stainless market.
Cons
The installation crew leadership is a joke. Uneducated for the most part, and are never held accountable for any of their job losses or mismanagement of project overages recently fired their director of manufacturing, because he did not get along with the accounting manage, who was demoted from the cfo position.
