    Pros

Love the opportunities to travel and the training that they give you so you know the answer to the questions your clients might ask.

    Cons

not necessarily the best compensation plan when you are on the travel side. Also, want you to "sell" the credit card.

    Pros

    Great work environment, great benefits

    Cons

No consideration for employees outside of corporate area

    Advice to Management

My city is under a state of emergency. I was advised that since the store is open, we are expected to be at work today. Technically, I could get a citation for driving today due to the advisory that the mayor has put in place. Our shuttle service and parts stores aren't allowed to be on the roads today so why is it mandatory for the employees to risk themselves and others to come to work today. This is very unsafe and very inconsiderate of corporate to put their employees through this unsafe situation. I made it to work safely but the only thing I could think about is how unsafe it felt to literally drive on ice.

I have been working at AAA Carolinas full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay depending on department and experience, mostly great co-workers with great work ethic.

    Cons

Not competitive with pay, lots of immature, raciest employees (and I don't mean white on black racism), no training but expectations are that of a highly trained employee.

    Advice to Management

Provide adequate and proper training to employees in all departments, listen to employees when they reach out and ask for advise or training. Address the lack of professionalism in the offices.
