I have been working at AAA Carolinas full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great pay IF bonuses are met or selling the business line. Paid time off, great perks! Great people to work with

    Cons

Low pay for the job requirements! My only complaint about the job would be the pay!! If the pay increased this job would be PERFECT!!

    Advice to Management

Increase wages..and if the employee is still active at the time of recertification, the yearly raise should be honored

I worked at AAA Carolinas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Insurance with 3 tiers / options.

    Cons

Lowest paying job in their field, and still need to buy own tools.
    Very high turnover.
They make you transfer to other locations . They will transfer you electronically and ask if you want to transfer like you have a choice.
Managers are allowed to be partial and even racist at times. Most upper-level management will not listen to hourly employee concerns.
Will not fix equipment until it totally fails.
They will write you up for nearly everything and use it against you so you can't get a raise even if you've been there over a year.
Some managers will yell at yiu and curse you even if you are right.

    Advice to Management

Managers need to treat hourly employees like people and not like a super dispensable tool. The company need to be fair with raises and they should pay much more than they do. Monitor management better and don't let them yell and curse out employees.

I worked at AAA Carolinas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are great ( insurance, vacation time, discounts). They will never fire you, if you’re a problem employee you just transferred to another location until they run out of locations for you.

    Cons

This company seems to have everything together in upper management but at lower level positions it’s a complete zoo... The field managers are terrible and will tell you that there’s room for growth but constantly bring in external candidates over employees that have been there for years. They totally forget about the home team. The pay is horrible for the amount of hours you are supposed to be there. There is no work life balance. Jobs descriptions need to be more clear and detailed. For example if you’re hired as a shuttle driver , you might drive two days a week , clean toilets and clean the parking lot and the next day if they’re backed up you might do some oil changes. Oh make sure to pack a lunch because if you thought you get an hour lunch break lower level managers will definitely be bothered. Company meetings are held on your time and not the company’s time, for example if your shift is at 8am on a Saturday you will be required to attend the meeting at 7am (unpaid by the way).

    Advice to Management

Advice to upper management Mystery Shop your stores!!!!!
Advice to lower management team treat your employees like human have a little more compassion.
Advice for customers, get a second opinion on services offered(most of the time these guys are tossing to see what sticks).

    Pros

Great benefits with good money if you can sell

    Cons

Good ol' boys club. Their sales trips are based on who you know verse what you do. At the end of the day you are number and the sooner you realize that the better. AAA creates an atmosphere where people lie steal, cheat, and are still rewarded for it.
