    Approves of CEO

    Pros

skyline view, friendly colleagues, experienced upper management, exciting new challenges, team work is ubiquitous throughout the company, birthday cakes, random catered lunches, CEO is very laid back and does not micromanage. Upper management is very approachable and has open door policy.

    Cons

clicky atmosphere, upper management doesn't recognize potential, lacking forward thinking because they've been pretty successful sticking to what they know and/or certain accounts has a tight control on AEs. Does not train employees. Some accounts are overworked than others. Salary is slightly below avg which is understandable in Asian American marketing.

I worked at AAAZa full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

All my colleagues were friendly, fun and hard working. They made the day to day workload tolerable.

    Cons

Dismal work-life balance, low compensation/salary, minimal perks and benefits, leadership is all but nonexistent and not much room for any career growth. Find another agency job hunters.

    Advice to Management

Provide much needed leadership and training opportunities to your young and inexperienced employees. Don't just provide lip service when employees voice their valid frustrations.

    Pros

For the most part people there are nice and helpful.

    Cons

There is no direction or any training provided by managers. We basically have to learn things on our own and just "figure it out". The work is just day-to-day. There seems to be a lot of politics going on as well between management.

    Advice to Management

Why bother? They're not likely to listen.
