    Pros

Great quality of life living near the coast.

    Cons

Ownership turnover was high...always getting used to the "new" way of doing things.

    Advice to Management

Looks like they've finally got their act together with Alcami?

I have been working at AAIPharma Services Corp full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent money and benefits. Location of Charleston site is easy to get to, it is right off of the interstate.

    Cons

Charleston site - Management is hugely unprofessional. Sneaky, manipulative, threatening and intimidating. Barely gets through FDA audits without receiving 483's. There is NO training department. Hires people with no experience in areas that really need experienced professionals. Transfers people to departments where they have NO experience to set them up to fail so they can fire them. There is NO trustworthy leadership. They are currently using temporary employees and rushing them through "training" in order to get a backlog of work done. These people have no vested interest in the company. And it shows in their attitude and work ethics. Which, on second thought, may help them fit right in.

    Advice to Management

Develop a good training department. ASAP. Review all SOP'S to make sure they are current and are followed. If not, revise them. Pay attention to the people who give 100% at work. Value them. Appreciate them. Reward them.
Listen to them. Help them, help you. Be open to suggestions and recommendations from the people who do the jobs. Be visible. Stop by different departments, go in the back/manufacturing areas. Talk to people. Invest some of your time with the people whom make YOUR job possible. Stop hiring people in lower level positions making way more money than your current, already qualified, employees. It's not fair and creates discord amongst the workers. Stop showing favoritism. Stop supervisors and managers from sharing personal information about coworkers, ie: disciplinary issues, write ups, emails. It is unprofessional and unethical.
