    Work sucks, waaayy to much overtime, and it is mind dulling and some of management is blah

    Pros

    ABB Motors and Mechanical in St. Louis is a great team to work with. The company and management team really makes Safety a priority and they work to find the right solution. Employees are engaged in improvement processes and will share input on what would work for them. ABB St. Louis has the backing and resources of a large company while having the close community of a small company.

    Cons

    Sites are still transitioning from Baldor companies over to ABB systems, this can make the overlap of policies confusing.

    Exceptionally skilled and hardworking Structural Welder with an excellent work ethic and outstanding customer service record. Adept multitasker able to complete a high volume of welding installation and repair projects with accuracy and efficiency. Flexible scheduling availability to include evenings some weekends and emergency situations as necessary.

    Cons

    Setup and Operated CNC machines and Braising cooper parts included loading and adjustments. Responsible for making sure parts were made to blueprint specifications and measurements were correct. Identified machine malfunctions and resolved errors. manipulate dials, switches override program and correct machine performance Reviewed blueprints to ensure parts were made to client’s specifications.
