Great pay that is fair across the board top pay reached by one year of employment

Engineering is almost non exsistant you are expected to follow impossible guidelines in quality due to incorrect prints and procedures and getting someone to fix even the smallest of issues is a monumental task. Its nothing short of a miracle this place hasnt been shut down from bad audits. Very corrupt and low moral atmosphere.
