Great company to work for. Very focused on maintaining a a stable work culture. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Closed a few plants, mine being one of them after being bought out by ABB. Not sure of the new direction of the company now.

I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview.
