    Pros

    Super good engineering/innovation. Open and creative attitude. On a roll in the USA adding new products and going after new markets

    Cons

    Minimal. Sometimes inconvenient to navigate a large company

    Pros

    A company that follows through on their value system. ABB is actively expanding their influence in the US and helping bring innovative solutions to the power and robotics industries. The culture at the CRC is great, and the people are happy, motivated and well compensated.

    Cons

    Facilities are currently in renovation, so the laboratory space is a bit hectic, but we make it work regardless.

    Flexibility sums up most of it. Able to work on your schedule, if in IT. Company allows you to educate yourself and cross learn other trades.

    Cons

    Salaries could be a bit more competitive with the regions they are located in.

    Would recommend higher increase in yearly raises.
