    Approves of CEO

I have been working at ABC Fine Wine and Spirits full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Happy environment. Opportunity for advancement. Great customer service.Store Manager leads by example.

    Cons

This is not a job for anyone who wants to sit around. Be prepared to do whatever needs to be done.

    Advice to Management

Give more defined responsibilities to employees to take some of the pressure off store managers.

I worked at ABC Fine Wine and Spirits full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Awesome, fun job. Not that hard. Interesting day to day but I also had a great staff

    Cons

A 'working break' which was cool with me, I'd rather not clock out

    Advice to Management

Make the pay bumps a little better... quarter raise for way more responsibility isn't worth it

I have been working at ABC Fine Wine and Spirits full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Learn a lot about alcohol, meet a lot of interesting people, the work is not hard ( there are much more labor demanding jobs)

    Cons

Bad hours, don't allow overtime, always under staffed because of 1&2 due to people quitting, no employee discount, other than that nothing

    Advice to Management

Allow overtime because $9 an hour is tough to live on for the bad hours
