I have been working at ABC for less than a year

    Pros

Great culture, free trips to Disneyland, awesome perks

    Cons

They tend to cycle people through without giving them regular employee benefits/salaries.

I worked at ABC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Generally, the people are very kind in particular on the executive side. The campus is historic and cool to see. The hallways are decorated with golden age Hollywood photographs to highlight specific project from the past.

    Cons

Network television is dying out in large part due to its rigid top-level executive team and refusal to embrace non-traditional stories and audiences. There is some room for growth however, it seems some in the organization are grasping tight to a fleeting magic. Also, the pay could be better.

    Advice to Management

Be open to diverse people, stories, cultures, and backgrounds. And stop living in the past.

I have been working at ABC for less than a year

    Pros

Great work experience, coworkers are cool, money is decent, plus overtime and benefits, editors are willing to show you a thing or two about the AVID

    Cons

The Long hours are rough (10-12 at least) and the long commute doesn't help. It's one hour each way on the train.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice they're doing great. The hours and commute are the only drawback

I have been working at ABC full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Get to work with lots of people, and learn from everyone. The days do go by quick with a great crew

    Cons

Don't have too much to say about cons, just wish that they helped you more with finding another job when the shows end
