I have been working at ABC360 part-time for less than a year

    Pros

HR, Recruitment, Trainers, and TCs are nice

    Cons

Minimal job opportunities. You can always open slots for students to book. The problem is, there are too many tutors available and hired. You end up not earning at all.

I have been working at ABC360 full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    ○ Co-teachers are very helpful ○ Flexible time ○ Salary comes on time ○ I can't speak for other TC's but mine is approachable and helpful ○ Students are quite nice

    Cons

    ● Materials are mediocre. The lessons are just recycled as it advances--by that I mean a lesson for kids is the same for adults, with barely any changes. ● They keep changing the rules. I don't know from where we can get the next incentives from. ●I don't know what the marketing department is doing, but it seems that there fewer students now. ● I think they have added the bind system to the metrics so that students will be forced to stay. ● Platform keeps acting up

I worked at ABC360 part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Lots of students, slots fill up fast. Flexible schedule. Pay was always on time.

    Cons

The pay was very low (1st year: 9 USD, 2nd year: 10 USD) Communication with staff was difficult. No staff felt responsible for any questions and kept passing the info on to someone else. Students were usually always right, even if the fault occurred from their side. Very short breaks in between the lessons.

    "Tutor"

    I have been working at ABC360 part-time

    Pros

You can manage your time well. You can open slots whenever it's convenient.

    Cons

It starts well. After some time, bookings get lesser and lesser but you still need to sit in front of your computer to check if there's a new booking (students can book a class 10mins before the time). Also, once your ranking falls, it's very difficult to climb on top against other teachers. Once your on the bottom rankers, fewer and fewer students will book you.

    I have been working at ABC360 full-time

    Pros

You get to work at home, no hassle going out in the sun and going through traffic jams. You don't need to pack lunch or dine in fastfood.Good materials, easy system navigation, not too much blah-blahs with the trainings.

    Cons

    - UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFS They never follow-up appointments and kept postponing what has been agreed upon. -LOW PAY Seriously, you better go out to the street and ask for alms instead. -LESS INCENTIVES Really, you cannot count on your payroll. Cry a river. -DEMANDING AS F! They needed your photo to be taken professionally, and immediately demand for a backdrop even if you weren't stable yet -SKETCHY AS F! The previous person you dealt with wouldn't really bridge you to the next officer, YOU NEED TO HAVE PREDICTIVE POWERS TO KNOW WHOM SHOULD YOU BE TALKING TO -APPLICATION PROCESS TAKES FOREVER - BIAS, ONLY GIVES EMPATHY TO STUDENTS, NOT TEACHERS
