I have been working at ABC360 full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible time and can choose your own schedule

    Cons

All the incentives were removed. It became a typical Esl company without any originality. They focused on being the same damn ESL company. They always prioritize the student and make teachers as a disposable plastic cup or dish. They added so many rules and they also removed a lot of incentives. This is a dead end for teachers. No future here. I warn you to stop applying in this company.

I have been working at ABC360 full-time for less than a year

    Pros

good management, hands on and understanding managers, flexible time,(you can't plot your own schedule in the system but you can ask them to do it for you,the way you wanted), can easily grant you're request especially closing your unbooked slots canceled class rules are modified - no payment for maximum 5 canceled classes. canceled class range to 40 t0 150 depending on your cases. students are professionals 17 minutes for each booked class / 32 PHP /depends on your rate (90-150)..my rate is 110php per hour click me and attendance button which is required to click doesn't minus your pay if you failed but it did add little incentives grant sudden long holidays if you wish to teach books with teacher's manuals great atmosphere, just like working for killing tedious hours in your home. very comfortable and no hassle great incentives every cut off (no bad comments, attendance, most booked ,etc) training with pay

    Cons

no promotions and increase salary specially teachers are ranked and some teachers can't teach a certain book. there must have been a specified levels of teachers to unlock those books., you will not know that unless your student told you and you're manager recommends you to have a training to unlock some books which is somehow pretty exciting, it will also increase your students booking but unfortunately, it won't increase you're rate once you unlock it

    Negative Outlook

I worked at ABC360 part-time for less than a year

    Pros

-home-based job -no traffic, cost-effective -flexible time,(you can't plot your own schedule in the system but you can ask them to do it for you,the way you wanted),

    Cons

-they will terminate you immediately if you have few opened slots (though this is company policy, I learned that you need to count and monitor your slots by yourself manually).
