Pros
I have to have atleast five words so, Nothing.
Cons
First Austyn (the manager) fails to answer any questions and constantly fails to make sure you feel safe on the job site Failed to inform any female employees about the sex assault cases again male employees who constantly harass female employees who work in the factory alone at night. Fails to give you any sort of orientation because Brooke is to busy cheating on their personal partners with each other at work and that alone is uncomfortable to be in. Runs the best employees into the ground because they sit in their office playing Draft Kings and placing bets from the business account but of course whenever you report them nothing happens because the company doesn’t care. It’s just honestly a crappy company, they just don’t care about your safety and don’t care about paying you.

Pros
Work independent no one looking over
Cons
Hours no life for second shift

Pros
Get leaders that community with their group.
Cons
- The Managers (in my group) tends to hide many factors on where the money runs off. - Hours will be “lost” if you personally aren’t keeping track - Lack of Communication from leaders and Managers - Teachers and the School staff treat the workers inhumanely. - Many derogatory comments towards the workers from multiple stuff (Teachers, front desk etc.) - School staff blames comminution issues on Custodian workers, when a solution is brought to light it is quickly shut down. -Not the greatest work environment, No sort of help from either side - The actual cleaning part is disappointing, items are at times bought by the works. Due to the company cutting corners.

You need food to eat- they’ll give you money for work. You may not be able to afford food and May sleep in your car, but that’s not their problem.Enjoy working for big name companies as a second class citizen so they can expect full commitment from you, while refusing to offer you the same.
Cons
You may not make enough to live outside of your car. They offer insurance, but the deductible is almost more than you’ll make in a year if you add in your premiums. Our site did not have doctors in THE STATE that accepted our insurance. Also remember- your employer will never give you the consideration they expect. You are one of a faceless mass of people who are being hired as temporary employees and contractors so big names like Nike, the US government, Applied Materials, and Bank of America can sack you when they need to improve their labor costs for their stockholders and investors without having to deal with pesky HR.

Good Place to Work For, Lack of Upward Mobility
May 5, 2023 - Lead ClerkRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. Very Innovative. 2. Ability to Modernize. 3. People for whom I worked with were helpful and cooperative and wanted to see me succeed.
Cons
ABM needs to start growing the company from the inside. Too many people who are hired in managerial positions don't know nothing about how the parking business works. So, if there was a con in regards to ABM, it would be lack of upward mobility.
