    Pros

    Very laid back on the over night shift. Understanding management that works with you on things. Easy stress free interviewing process. Cash daily plus hourly.

    Cons

    No online schedule to check on hours logged or get shift covered or pick up new ones between employees.

    Advice to Management

    Get something like Hot Schedules that a lot of restaurants and other hospitality places use.

    Great support teams both local and corporate.

    Cons

    Unless you work in the corporate support division, it is mostly contract -term work which may not be for everyone.

    I have been working at ABM Industries full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Meeting new people and working through trouble spots. Work alone so as long as your busy I'm hoping they don't complain.

    Cons

    Very little support although BM likes to micromanage to look like they know everything. Not willing to change, lower salaries expensive insurance.

    Advice to Management

    Abm=all by myself. Need to train staff to prepare for new management. Lack of training will continue to have massive turnover.

    Depending where you are assigned this company is a great company to work for

    Cons

    Salaries is not commensurate with current duties. Insurance offered does not cover all doctors visit even with having PPO

    Review all assigned work areas for employee to insure fair wages are allocated

    ABM takes care of you with really good raises and benefits for you and your family. They do hands on training along with giving each tech a company vehicle.
