      Pros

      My boss has no idea what I do so I am able to do what I want, when I want and nobody knows about it. It’s great.

      Cons

      Management tends to favor the white males when the majority of the front-line employees are minorities. What does a Hispanic employee need to do to get a promotion over my boss’ friend or family member?

      Advice to Management

      Quit playing favorites and give everyone the same chance to get a promotion as your buddies.
