The only thing is good is pay and you can get the option with working by yourself.

They disregard all the workers who actually work hard opinions, all meetings are not positive, they complain about them needing workers but they dont acknowledge the ones they got who actually come to work and work harder than the lazy workers, they discriminate against workers , very unprofessional to yell at employees and blame the good workers for the lazy workers, some workers do the bare minimum. Supervisors do ignore you which is very unprofessional. Can't complain about your employees being unprofessional when you as a management is unprofessional. Oh pay people their money worth stop short changing people. Make it motivational for people to work for you all! This job can be very draining .

Decent pay People were generally very nice even though not happy Decent opportunity - usually have to add quite a bit of responsibility with no pay increase but after 2-3 years may see some pay increase/better title

Hours were very difficult, switched from day to swing to overnight shift Very old back office, old corporate culture that really used some employees
