I have been working at ABP Induction Systems full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Parking, Cantine available, flexible work time, you can take your dog to work, offices are heated in winter

    Cons

You need to be always reachable via phone. Got to be extremly flexible (often your boss tells you on sunday: well you neef to go tomorrow to customer).
    Very bad behaviour to customer.
Some boss owns ipad, iphone, macbook and some laptops (more private than buisness, but buisness paid!).
Lot of guys just come for a few hours (fully paid). Sometimes nobody knows where guys are.

    Advice to Management

Check the team leaders! They often talk a lot, buy a lot technic for themselves but do not work hard (some are extremly lazy). Take care of the team leader!!!!

I have been working at ABP Induction Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good work environment, challenging job profile & a renowned MNC concern.

    Cons

New in India, Most costly product manufacturer than the other induction furnace company.

    Advice to Management

Project & Execution dept.should be more active.

    Pros

I work primarily independantly, traveling from my house located far away from the company office. Assignments are given usually by phone, sometimeby email, but always with a work order.
I have worked for a competitor, but this job pays OT whereas the other did not. The equipment is strong and works very well when properly maintained.

    Cons

As the company has its technical source entrenched in Germany, translation and exchange of information is nearly non-existing or very slow at best. New equipment is manufactured in Germany, outsourcing of materials come from 3rd world countries, and the Euro is high causing low sales in the US market.

    Advice to Management

    More communication is needed overall.
