    Pros

Atmosphere, Standards make it easy to know what is expected of you.

    Cons

Lots of hours, short-handed much of the time. Updates needed in many shops.

    Advice to Management

Work on ways to make it easier for employees to be able to use their vacation time. Even just missing a day puts everything behind and can affect CSI scores for you and your team.

    Pros

    None to speak of really

    Cons

    It's my opinion that:

Since Ms. Fandozzi came to ABRA things have taken a dramatic turn for the worse. A workplace that was once healthy and interactive before she arrived is now driven by fear and intimidation. Ms. Fandozzi seems hellbent on filling leadership roles with her friends and prior acquaintances. It cannot be good when words used to describe the CEO are her way or the highway. Ms. Fandozzi does not have the ability or temperment to effectively run a large company. Her judgment is questionable - look at her hiring of her friend Julie Roehm - the Chief Experience and Marketing Officer. Just GOOGLE Ms. Roehm's name to find out more about her.

    Advice to Management

Stop with the silly psychological profiles that executives talk about all the time. I couldn't stomach anymore when executives say ("I'm a 4 - 7" or "I'm a 3 - 6") as if you need some piece of paper to figure out who you are. Hey everybody I'm triggering.

    How rediculous.

    Pros

Advancement available for those who want it, never a dull moment, always something to learn. Co-workers are diverse and keep the days interesting.

    Cons

Work/Life balance is tough. There is a good amount of taking about being The Employer of Choice- but the implementation of plans to do so is a bit clunky as of now.

    Advice to Management

You've shown you're committed to production staff growth and development. We get it. Now is the time to focus on developing your front end staff as well- with the processes and expectations the front office have it would be wise to show them some real tangible support and not just tell them your ideas for supporting them. You've got a deep talent pool working for you, please start acting like you get that. You're losing good people because your actions are not matching your words. I spent well over a decade with the company and was part of growth in my market and in new markets on acquisitions- I saw A LOT of changes in the time I spent with the company, and have to say ABRA has very much lost touch with the reality of who is creating and nurturing the revenue flow.

    Pros

I really cannot think of anything good

    Cons

They bought out our company that I had worked for for 15 years we had 6 shops, they gutted everything we had worked so hard to build and brought in people to lead that had no idea what they were doing, you were not allowed to have a life outside of work if you ever wanted to fit in or move up ,the bodymen working there when they bought us out were long time employee that were great at their job all of them have left and gone to other shops ,it is sad Abra's concept is great but their leadership is lazy and only cares for them selfs .

    Advice to Management

Hire better leaders and train them how to do their job leading people
