I have been working at ABRA Auto Body & Glass full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have been a employee of Abra auto body in the Minnesota market for the last ten years. During this time I have seen the evolution of the company take many giant strides in a positive direction. The company has a system in place that holds each job to a strict level of excellence. This in turn helps our relationships with insurance companies and DRP's. With this level of excellence obtained on each vehicle that comes through the shop we know that we are building life long relationships with customers and referrals. I find that it is gratifying to be part of a team that is very successful but still gives personal recognition where it is due. I really am a firm believer that hard work and success rub off when your part of a team that is heading in the right direction. Abra as a company has a vision that it wants to be on the leading edge of the autobody industry nation wide, and I am willing to say as a employee on the inside, that the company is doing just that and more. I am excited for the many years I have ahead of me with ABRA.

    Cons

Every company will always have day to day hiccups that are addressed.

I have been working at ABRA Auto Body & Glass full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

So far Abra has been one of the best shop I have worked for. They seem to care and know who makes there money for them and they take care of them. So far very laid back ( long as work is getting done) have worked for the other big guys and Abra by far is the best.

    Cons

Not really cons but wish they paid weekly. Need to update some of the equipment.

    Advice to Management

Keep taken care of the people on the floor.
