    Pros

    You get bonuses.
    Get weekends off.

    Cons

The CSM is always the fall guy. No matter what happens, the CSM will always be blamed.
The company promises raises every 6 months but don't actually give any.
The bonuses, at maximum, are about $80 in a month.
They say they hire from within but in order for that to happen, you have to have a whole shop behind you ready to quit if they don't hire from within.

    Advice to Management

Be honest from the start. Don't say there is room to grow or promise raises when there really isn't any raise to be had. Don't say you hire from within when you really don't unless it is your buddy or your hand is forced by a shop.

    Pros

    Presents great team work environment

    Cons

    Training terrible teamwork bad

    Advice to Management

Present practice what you say. Treat employees new to company as you would a client or prospect. Helping and putting employee needs first helps the corporate bottom line of doing the right thing the right way the first time. Turnover is high and doesn’t help the new employee grow and learn. Being there for only one day, I learned nothing from the training department and didn’t get the help I needed when asked. How can you fix a car when you don’t train properly so the team can learn and help the owner of a vehicle you’re looking to fix. Thirty years in business means a lot and isn’t being put into play. Bottom line, the employees are left high and dry and what does this say about how you would treat a client even a former employee. Treat all well train do good work and do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Life goes full circle. What comes around goes around.

    Pros

Job security when they like you

    Cons

Job security when they don't like you. Time off is generous, but frowned upon if used

    Advice to Management

Be consistent and fair. Double standards apply. District managers lose sight of the struggles of the everyday "people in the trenches " . Corp manages from 20k feet! Models are developed and implemented on a "what works at one location SHOULD / WILL work at similar centers "
