Favoritism was common, a company that protects predatory behavior, unprofessional behavior from leadership, politics within the org were common, no career path for growth. Very much a start-up mentality with minimal pay. They don’t even have an in-house HR department and when an issue arises (which was often), you’re told to go to someone in finance. Truly a soul sucking experience to have worked there. Very disappointed in leadership who was told about many incidents and they would never give consequences to individuals who are creating situations which further encourages predatory behavior within the workplace.
