I have been working at ABUV Media full-time

    Pros

Team - I've never seen a stronger team than the Abuv folks

Strategy - this company doesn't take short cuts. Strategically they constantly have the long view in mind as they make decisions

Execution - we're one of the smaller players in the space, but the most successful by far, mainly because of our ability to out execute our competition

    Cons

Since we are a smaller player, it seems like our competitors may have more resources than we do at Abuv, which means there are some initiatives that take longer to get to than I'd like

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire highly talented folks to join Abuv - we need more if we're going to win against the top players across multiple verticals

I have been working at ABUV Media full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Challenging fast paced environment
    - I'm constantly learning new skills
    - Even as a small-medium sized company, management has laid out a career path
    - Fun social events and outings
    - Great people, everyone is dedicated to making ABUV very successful
    - Really excited about our new MoneyGeek product

    Cons

    - This is not really a con, but management can have high expectations so don't work here if you want an easy job or are not flexible to learn new skills

    Advice to Management

You may want to keep searching for office space for our company to grow, I think you are going to need it. I love working at ABUV and tell friends and family that it is the best place to work in Reno coming out of UNR.
