I worked at ABeam Consulting (More than a year)

    Pros

I'm Li Huang and I worked in this company for two years. I enjoyed working with people there and gained a mount of positive experiences during my employment. Company and management are very supportive in many ways; for example, company encourages every consultant to obtain SAP certification and compensates the fees when you receive the certification.

    - Need for more formal training during the bench time
    - Communication should be improved

Should be a bit more transparent in terms of business operations and policy.

    Pros

A couple of the employees were nice
