    I worked at ACCA

    Pros

Work content is fun, have the opportunity to meet different people. Very challenging , as the limited budget for work, staff need to dig out the resources that can benefit the company.

    Cons

Leadership is a mass, no internal training opportunity, many staffs have no motivation, many employees comfort of doing the routine job instead of innovation.

    Advice to Management

Need the motivation methodology for employee.

I worked at ACCA full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

great work-life balance, the organization empowers you to pitch ideas and execute them. They do not micro-manage, and the organization work with high level of integrity

    Cons

    - The bureaucracy sometimes hinders progress - Being a non-profit, the organization is not at the forefront of new technologies and processes adoption - Being a matrix organization, it is a bit difficult for you to advance to a more senior position as the opportunity is rather limited.
