Advice to Management
don't become like vca
As a technician, you get to learn how to do really advanced treatments. You are constantly given the opportunity to learn and grow and do the things you went to school for. Love my coworkers! The medicine is top notch so I am proud to be a part of that.
Sadly, no raises for years. Can't really make a living as a technician in general and it's no different here, except that we do get paid pretty well compared to other places.
