    Pros

As far as the creative part of this company, there are a lot of great people. Lots of ways to learn, and gain more skills. A lot of teamwork, and the possibility for you to have your artwork placed in large companies.

    Cons

The creative team there is hard to move up the ladder. They all have been there for a very long time.

I have been working at ACCO Brands full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's virtually impossible to care about your job which makes the stress seem less urgent. You're pushing office supplies across the world, not performing open heart surgery on refugee orphans.

    Cons

Very few superiors that give a damn about the employees. Any kind of Lean Kaizen is discouraged and mocked. People are dropping like fries from obvious stress-related illnesses.

    Advice to Management

Look around and be honest. Your employees are in a constant swirl of chronic illness ranging from cancer to heart disease to alcoholism to autoimmune. The environment is toxic.
