      Pros

      Ace academy has a highly motivated and disciplined team. They also offer music and other courses for student's all-around education.

      Cons

      The pay scale could have been better. It does not offer a pay scale as good as other nearby competitors.

      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to build something and help shape the school. The families are incredible.

      Cons

      Leadership has historically found it difficult to maintain talent. It has changed hands since my departure so I’m hoping the ambiguity and…frankly…bigotry, has changed.
