    Easy going

    Pros

You get to hang out with children and do whatever you want! You can come up with games and It's quite nice to see the growth of the children that you're working with.

    Cons

Since all the training has been done online, it's difficult to know exactly how you're supposed to do small things like data taking. It's been 6 months into me doing my job and I've asked MANY questions for clarification, but only recently did I find out I was doing something incorrectly and was reprimanded for it despite me asking over and over to be sure. I wish that there was more supervisor/interventionalist communication besides on Teams. You'll pretty much never get to know anybody else who works at the company, you're literally alone.

Poor communication from higher ups. Low pay

Mar 8, 2018 - Human Resources in Irvine, CA

    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Working with clients that you know you are making an impact and changing their life. Some of the staff are truly amazing people.

    Cons

Poor communication no one really knows what they are doing and they just make it up as they go. A lot of favoritism and politics very unnecessary when we work with a special population this sends a bad message to employees and parents alike. High turnover rate. Pay and benefits low compared to other ABA companies

    Great company to work for!

Nov 29, 2016 - Area Director in Los Angeles, CA

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Flexible schedule, they promote from within, everyone is very passionate about the work they do. Company culture is emphasized and celebrated

    Cons

Frequently canceling clients, hard to get back to back cases, you end up with a midday gap. Overall communication could be improved.

    More RBTs than Clients

Jul 30, 2021 - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician in Ewa Beach, HI
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Great training to work for another company. Some good BCBA’s.

    Cons

Neglected Cases. Case managers would conduct supervision through ZOOM meetings regularly because of their case overload. Horrible communication throughout the company. Literal coupons and discounts to the dentist and doctor instead of real health/dental benefits. More BI’s than clients so you can’t even become eligible for benefits.
