    A lot of opportunities for extra hours, every RBT/BI I have met has been super sweet and great to work with.

    Hours are never consistent since clients cancel, not the fault of the company

    Pros

    Lots of resources available to get the job started. Great pay and training is minimum wage

    Cons

    If you have not done a job like this or worked with children before it’s good to know you will need to pay for fingerprinting, a physical, cpr training, and other tests before going out in the field.

    Flexible scheduling, nice BCBAs and supervisors, paid drive time, nice clinics

    Cons

    Rescheduling rarely picks up, slow communication with schedulers/those in charge of timestamps with providers, timestamps and cancellations take a while to process, clients cancelling at the door

    Larger company allows for collaboration and mentorship across clinics and states

    Cons

    Time differences between main offices in CA and offices in other states can be frustrating, especially if something is time-sensitive, i.e. a technology issue.
