    Pros

If you don't care about your career and just want to make a few bucks, ACS is the place to work.

    Cons

No pad on the back for doing a good job, and thus no incentive for being loyal to the company and to your job responsbility.

    Advice to Management

Management should develop a closer relationship to the employee.

    Pros

The benefits were great, they did allow parents time off to attend their childrens school functions the health insurance was expensive but very good.

    Cons

In order to advance within the company it would be best to move to a larger location with more people and more opportunities. Memphis was a small operation and there was no room for growth unless you left and went to another state.

    Advice to Management

In some of the smaller locations, I think that senior mangement needs to pay more attention and visit some of these locations.

    Pros

Good pay, good benefits, and they paid travel expenses.

    Cons

Very transactional atmosphere - with people as transactions; work, make money for the company, get to keep some of the money, repeat. Very little human sensitivity.

    Advice to Management

People are more than just financial transactions.

Bad management and no training provided. No HR on site.

    Advice to Management

Stop doing what everybody else does and start caring about your people. Inspire others to work harder. Get training on-board.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

You'll always have a job to fall back on if you're in Barcelona

    Cons

Extremely underpaid jobs, discrimination (Polish workers earn less than German workers, although based in the same office), ridiculous rules, extremely poor morale, total disrespect for the employee.

    Advice to Management

    Sort your act out!
