    Work Load is Not Stressful, Everyone seems to get along nicely.

    Cons

    No room for Advancement and Pay Raises are Subject to Fluctuation in the Business from Year to Year based on Business Profitability.

    Expand your Business by Utilizing the Talent you have within your Employment Staff and Pay them Commensurate to their skills.

    Pros

    It good place to acquire knowlege in the pharmacy claim processing. It's a good position for someone that's studying to become a pharmacist.

    Cons

    It has a limited job oportunities and limited options to grow with the company. It's a call center environment. You're constantly taking calls.

    Advice to Management

    Management need to create more oportunities to employees. Management need to bridge the gap between operators and managers salaries

    Pros

    Great employees with a few having a lot of experience in the industry. I enjoyed working with all of them

    Cons

    Spread out everywhere which makes it tough to see what may really be going on. They want the Program Manager to be just a yes man.

    Advice to Management

    Work with your folks in the states and instead of putting all your management in one office you should look to spread them out. This would make it easier to have managers in centers more often.

    Everyone is so nice and willing to teach you, share the knowledge with you. A clear instruction for the work. You don't need to be afraid to ask questions.

    Low paying salaries for admin staff and community reps.

    Turnover would not be as high if community reps were compensated at a higher salary.
