    Pros

Great Pay if you are willing to be very flexible with your hours. Management very understanding of family situations.

    Cons

They have a lot of lay offs. When trying to find archived instruction manuals, all training materials were written by employees who were laid off...and not that long ago. There wasn't much in the way of a process for ramping up new hires.

    Advice to Management

Would be nice if you could let management try and keep their employees or at least reassign them elsewhere in the company.
