I worked at ADC Telecommunications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Exceptional benefits prior to the Tyco/CommScope acquisition. Pleasant work environment in Eden Prairie

    Cons

The organization had a large marketing function that really didn't "market" anything. The primary function seemed to be to collateralize products and develop tradeshow materials. Very non-strategic.
