I worked at ADCO full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good place to relax and do nothing and learn from the internal resources (self learning)

    Cons

EX-CEO al kindi was letting all divel to GROW.. he created a very berocratic culture, he hate exapts and locals..doesnt really care about people.. he Cares about making his bosses satisfied even if he hire randomly tons of people and stuck them in meeting rooms *no office space* & no work to do* .. killed creative people.. career progression is corrupted.. managers are relatives!! Devil gang at HR.. firing people without any reason .. destroying people image after unfair termination so they want be questioned.. no actual and real willing to develop or solve problems .. doesnt care if wasting gov. money soecially when upset staff gi to court and win the case; he diesnt take any action to terminate the faulty employees/manager (he just said thses are donkeys) and approve the payment of the claimed amount.

    Advice to Management

Think of people and take care of the company as if it is your own company..and dont relax it is a Responsibility that need active engagement with all levels.. also fight corrption Please..

Working time, 7 am to 3 pm is quite convenient

    Cons

    1. Zero recognition, it means zero salary increase based on merits; 2. Remuneration package downgraded often at the will of management, you sign up at some conditions, next day they change them, period, take it or lave it; 3. No leadership, just bosses; 4. Low morale

    Advice to Management

They believe they know it all

I have been working at ADCO full-time

    Pros

Nothing really. Maybe holidays, profession wise nothing.

    Cons

Deceiving employer. Changes contract without discussion. They have just reduced expat salary by 30-60%.
Management is weak, only after flattering, and politics all over the place. no honest. Almost slaving expats, unrealistic requests based on no knowledge of work requesting work that normally take months to be done in few hours.
Honestly don't come unless desperate. Not safe environment nor balanced.

    Advice to Management

Take your head of the dirt. Treat expats equal.

"Worst employer anyone can work for"

    StarStarStarStarStar

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at ADCO full-time

    Pros

Slow, technically is the lowest I saw, so a starter can excel only if does not work. A place to spend time. Keep your manager happy and it doesn't matter if you do the work wrongly.

    Cons

Not trustworthy employer. Contract changes as and when they wanted. It only require an email. The past two years contract changed twice only for expats, so what you sign is not necessary what you get. Expats are treated as separate, what goes on expat doesn't go on others. Stressful work-environment, not because of work but politics.

    Pros

Light work load, living in abu dhabi, many public holidays

    Cons

No anual salary increase (it is exactly like that, no matter how good is your performance review your salary never change), management is not transparent, HR is the worst, lazy, and less supportive of all companies i have worked for, unfair treatment with foreigners, no recognicion, technically weak management, office politics are everywhere ...

    Advice to Management

Know the business, motivate people, be transparent, honor your promises!

    Pros

stability, low level of stress, lots of holidays, lot of free time

    Cons
