I have been working at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good place to build a career in sales. Company offers opportunities for growth. The job is good for people who are independent and like to work alone. There is also a good work/life balance.

    Cons

It's a hard job. You have to chase down business owners to close deals. You have to knock on doors. Starting out is especially hard because you won't have many referral partners. It takes a while to build referring relationships. This job has a high turnover.
