I have been working at ADP full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Extremely talented people at ADP. Wonderful team and collaboration. Offer work from home, 401K match up to 6%, I have grown significantly.

    Cons

While I have had incredible leaders here, people who are not leaders are put in leadership roles and in the end stunt your growth, the team development, ADP strategy "Win as One" and lack the ability to keep talented people at ADP. Talent eventually move to other opportunities, (aka our competition), which is exactly what is happening;- direct result of poor leadership.

    Advice to Management

Direct reports to Carlos: where is the support of the associates who are trying to implement "Win as One"? It's a great slogan, but meaningless without great leaders behind it! What is the support of associates working to retain clients and produce results? Look to see where high rates of associates are leaving or are reporting low satisfaction scores. Why is that? Moving 2-3 points up from last year isn't a win. Please support (find leaders, those who are true leaders, know how to bring out the best in people, are "player coaches", whose interests are squarely aligned with our ADP values, who put employees first! Employees who are first, will put clients first. This used to be our policy. Where did it go? This isn't a popularity contest. Just because you have a BFF doesn't mean he/she is a qualified leader. This a business. I believe in ADP; we need to make changes.

I worked at ADP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay and benefits, treated with respect and when onsite at a client (as my entire team was) we had ample support from both the client and our own HR

    Cons

The "pro" of being able to be moved to a new client if your client should be unable to support you isn't always true. If they don't have needs at other clients, you'll be laid off
